Important Buyer Information & Disclaimers
Handmade Variations: Because each piece is authentic, handmade papyrus and hand-painted by an artist, your artwork is a one-of-a-kind original. Small variations in the natural grain of the papyrus or the hand-applied brushstrokes are signs of genuine craftsmanship and not defects.
Color & Lighting: Please note that the actual colors of the painting may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Factors such as your monitor settings, the angle of photography, and the lighting in your room (warm vs. cool light) can affect the appearance of the gold-tones and pigments.
Hidden Artwork Feature: Our "Secret Guardian" glow-in-the-dark feature is a special artistic addition. While we strive for consistency, please be aware that the intensity and presence of the hidden artwork can vary between individual pieces. To experience the best glow effect, "charge" the papyrus under a bright light source for several minutes before viewing it in total darkness.
Our Commitment to You: Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if the artwork does not meet your expectations, please contact me directly before leaving feedback. I am a dedicated collector and seller, and I will be more than glad to help resolve any issues to ensure you have a positive experience.
